If you are planning on building we recomend that you get in touch with the IC Class Measurer to make sure you comply.
The rules were changed back to a development Class in 2009, though care was taken to ensure that Nethercott's (now designated ICOD) & IC designs that pre dated the one design rule such as the slurps would still measure in.
